Responsibilities

• Represent brands at retail locations, community events, promotional events, and live activations
• Speak with customers and community members in a friendly, professional manner
• Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
• Explain products, services, promotions, and brand information
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and event breakdown
• Help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and new customer acquisition
• Answer questions and provide helpful information to customers
• Work alongside an energetic team to successfully execute daily marketing campaigns
• Learn proven techniques for customer service, marketing, sales, and public communication
