Job summary

Learfield is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join the Brand Strategy team. You will conceptualize and develop custom graphics for proposals and sales materials that showcase the value of college athletics sponsorship.

You’ll design visual narratives, collaborate with sellers, Brand Strategists and Insights, and craft engaging presentation slides, infographics, and mockups that bring brands to life across multiple media.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• 2+ years designing for multiple media formats.
• 2+ years designing presentations or digital multi-page layouts.
• Strong portfolio showing presentation design work.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals for proposals, upsells and renewals.
• Collaborate with sellers, Brand Strategists and Insights team to create tailored materials that communicate value propositions.
• Co-create and enhance narratives for sales materials that inspire brands to partner with college athletics programs.
• Design and develop presentation slides that align with the school’s brand.
• Integrate the brand sponsor into college sports through compelling mockups.
• Visualize data through infographic design and other multimedia elements.
• Organize and structure sales materials content for clarity and coherence.
• Revise designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with the Art Director on creative projects and execute concepts.
