Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 3–4+ years in packaging, digital, and/or brand design.
• Experience in CPG, food, beverage, wine/spirits, or tech preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals and communication for eCommerce (DTC and retailer pages).
• Translate briefs into creative solutions exceeding expectations.
• Apply cutting-edge eComm practices including ADA compliance.
• Support digital content and eComm design development.
• Contribute to brainstorming and creative processes.
• Build and organize presentation decks communicating design intent.
• Present work confidently and clearly explain design rationale.
• Take ownership of project execution with quality and timeliness.
• Stay organized in file management and concept development.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across teams.
