Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory at assigned retail stores across the United States. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize displays and support seasonal resets and installations.

The role includes a flexible, part-time schedule with 9–12 hours per week on average, paid training, and voluntary benefits. You’ll gain experience across multiple retail environments while representing Hallmark's brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to read documents.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within assigned stores using a handheld device.
• Provide holiday support with extended hours and potential weekend work.
• Assist with store department resets, fixture installations, and product relocations as needed.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure optimal product placement and shopper experience.
