Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to service large format off-premise stores, ensuring timely stock rotation and clean display conditions. You will support sales by strengthening customer partnerships and executing merchandising routines with diligence.

You will monitor competitor activity, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain professional relationships with account managers and retail staff while upholding Red Bull values in-market.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage for work use.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Must be proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and maintain stock per product rotation standards to minimize out of code and damaged product.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order.
• Execute merchandising processes and routines.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and communicate findings to the Merchandising Manager or sales team.
• Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio.
• Notify Account Sales Manager for pickup/exchange of dented, damaged, or out-of-code products and QPOD opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail managers.
• Collaborate with the sales team on new programs and large displays.
• Share best practices across the organization; represent the brand with responsible driving and in-market presence.
