Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products at customer locations, maintain displays and back rooms, and support promotional setups. You will build relationships with store management and use store technology to complete tasks efficiently.

Hours include five 8-hour shifts with 6:00am start; overtime and weekends may be required. Base pay aligns with a $22.41–$29.13/hour range, plus benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s policy.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer locations are stocked and rotated per standards.
• Maintain back rooms, displays, coolers and shelves for availability.
• Develop and preserve relationships with customers while representing Swire Coca-Cola.
• Use daily technology/apps as required.
• Restock and organize shelves and displays daily.
• Rotate products using FIFO stocking.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by management.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
