Rate is a leading mortgage lender providing a tech-driven, customer-focused experience. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help execute the internal client brand marketing road map, manage daily tasks, and communicate status clearly.

You will help generate fresh ideas and ensure brand consistency across channels. You will collaborate with teammates to deliver timely projects, analyze market trends, and craft clear briefs with objectives, audiences and messages.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills.
• Respond to all inquiries from internal clients in a timely fashion (i.e. within one business day).
• Prioritize work based on highest and best use of your time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support in the execution of the marketing road map for your internal client(s) brand, audience or channel.
• Project manage daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
• actively communicate receipt of new requests, status of in process requests and changes to timeline
• actively generate new ideas and be responsive to market changes
• Ensure consistent brand execution and within compliance guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service and consistently work in collaboration with your team members
• Report on competitive and industry trends in your area of focus.
• Develop clear creative briefs outlining objective, audience, key messages and channels (Get - To - By)
