Naked Wolfe is looking for an established Brand Marketing Director with a proven record of success at a fashion brand. You will lead campaigns and launches, manage the creative team and own the consistency of our brand voice and visual identity. This is a senior appointment for someone who has already delivered results in a comparable leadership role. We particularly welcome candidates from competing fashion and footwear brands who understand our audience and can bring a strong creative point of view.
Key responsibilities
- Lead campaign strategy and product launches from brief to release, setting clear objectives, directing execution and evaluating results to strengthen future campaigns.
- Own the social publishing calendar, planning content, reviewing copy and assets, and ensuring every post supports the wider brand direction.
- Set and uphold the brand tone of voice across campaign messaging, social captions and customer-facing marketing materials.
- Manage the creative team with clear briefs, focused feedback and priorities that keep work moving without compromising quality.
- Brief and manage external creatives, aligning their work with the campaign concept, production schedule and Naked Wolfe aesthetic.
- Review creative across channels to maintain a coherent visual identity, from launch imagery to everyday social content.
- Own the structure and upkeep of shared Google Drive libraries so briefs, working files and approved assets are organised and easy to find.
- Coordinate wholesale assets, ensuring partners receive current, approved imagery and marketing materials on time.
What you bring
- Substantial experience at a fashion company, including an established track record at director level or in an equivalent senior brand marketing leadership role. Prior fashion brand experience is essential.
- Demonstrable success leading fashion campaigns and launches, with evidence of your contribution to brand growth, audience engagement or commercial performance.
- Proven leadership of internal creative teams and external talent, with the judgement to set direction, challenge work and maintain a distinctive brand identity.
- Deep knowledge of fashion audiences, competitors and social culture, alongside excellent copy judgement and operational discipline. Experience at a competing fashion or footwear brand is strongly preferred.
