Job summary

25N is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid, part-time role in Geneva, IL. You will execute on-brand digital and print marketing, with a focus on social media, newsletters, and event marketing.

You’ll craft compelling copy, manage Canva templates, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine our brand voice across channels. Flexible daytime hours and access to a dedicated 25N workspace are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Ability to manage print and digital assets.
• Comfort coordinating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and send weekly newsletters.
• Support social media content pipelines and curate on-brand imagery and copy.
• Write descriptions and manage publication of special event marketing efforts.
• Manage the suite of Canva templates to be used by Community Team members.
• Organize, inventory, and order print marketing materials as needed.
