United Supply is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing campaigns, designing materials, and strengthening brand presence. This entry-level role welcomes a recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a marketing or design-related role (internship experience welcomed).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and basic analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Design and produce engaging visual content including social media graphics, email templates, flyers, and presentations.
• Support social media management: schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance metrics.
• Help coordinate events, photo shoots, and promotional activities as needed.
• Conduct market research and compile reports on marketing performance and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring files are current and easily accessible.
