You’ll bring a completed bachelor's degree and an MBA in progress, with strong analytical abilities and research experience. Housing is provided for the duration of the internship, with mentorship from senior CPG leaders and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• A completed bachelor’s degree and an MBA in progress, preferably with a focus on marketing or brand management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
• Clear communication and the ability to turn information into a compelling recommendation.
• Organization, initiative, and follow-through when managing projects and deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn from people with different perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a real project from start to finish, with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Turn insights into action through consumer research, market analysis, and creative problem-solving.
• Help shape brand growth through exposure to strategy, innovation, concept development, advertising, and go-to-market planning.
• Work across the business to see how an idea becomes a product - and how a plan becomes a result.
• Find and strengthen your business voice by presenting insights, making recommendations, and building support for your ideas.
• Learn directly from experienced consumer packaged goods leaders who will challenge, coach, and support you throughout the summer.
