Job summary

RAD Marketing Agency in Downtown Phoenix is hiring entry-level Brand Management Specialists. No prior experience is required as we provide structured training and ongoing mentorship to develop your brand, client relations, and marketing execution skills.

You will support client brand strategies in retail settings, engage customers with product education, and help track feedback to improve campaigns. Compensation includes hourly base pay paid weekly, plus uncapped commissions and paid training.
