Job summary

You will engage customers with product recommendations, maintain store standards, and support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems; familiarity with retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and recommending products.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help with product flow, stock replenishment, and inventory handling.
