Job summary

Nuance Labs is building photorealistic, real-time AI avatars with emotional intelligence. We are seeking a rare mix of creative storyteller and strategic builder to own marketing. You’ll translate frontier research into compelling narratives for researchers, developers, and consumers.

You’ll start hands-on, then grow a small team, shaping our positioning and leading launches, video, copy, and campaigns that get people talking about Nuance Labs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building brands and launching products.
• Excellent writing and storytelling for video.
• Ability to translate complex research into accessible narratives.
• Experience hiring and leading a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Define Nuance Lab's brand voice and visual direction across website, social, campaigns and storytelling.
• Own product launches end-to-end: positioning, narrative, demos, video, content, distribution.
• Write launch copy, scripts and demo concepts; coordinate production and design resources.
• Build social campaigns and product moments to create organic reach and momentum.
• Reach both consumers and developers with resonant stories and credible tech context.
• Own social strategy and community development with creators, engineers, and partners.
• Connect brand efforts to product adoption; measure results and adjust with the product team.
• Build the marketing function from the ground up and mentor a growing team.
