Aimtal LLC, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled Brand Graphic Designer Contractor to elevate client visual communications through editorial design, brand systems, and high-impact collateral. Ideal candidates bring deep B2B marketing experience, translating complex technical concepts into clean, engaging formats for long-form content like eBooks and whitepapers.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor role working with strategy, creative, and project management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in a B2B, agency, or technology-focused environment (freelance or contract experience preferred).
• Editorial design mastery for digital publications (eBooks, whitepapers, reports, and one-pagers).
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (master pages, style sheets, grid systems), Creative Cloud, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showing B2B tech branding campaigns and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and independence with remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Editorial & collateral layout for multi-page documents (eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, decks).
• Build and maintain scalable InDesign templates and style systems.
• Create digital and print assets for integrated campaigns across channels.
• Translate complex concepts into clear visuals, including data illustrations and infographics.
• Collaborate with account managers and designers to iterate on briefs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain brand governance and ensure production quality across deliverables.
