Qualifications

Job description

This role includes maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are fully stocked and inviting, and supporting in-store events and promotions. The Brand Expert collaborates closely with store management and teammates to meet sales goals, track performance, and share feedback from customers. The position also involves staying current on new launches, brand guidelines, and product education to deliver accurate and inspiring consultations.

Requirements

• Customer experience and retail skills, including client consultation, sales, and service-oriented communication.
• Brand representation and presentation skills, such as storytelling, product demonstration, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Makeup and beauty expertise, with the ability to perform basic applications, explain product benefits, and tailor recommendations to diverse skin tones and preferences.
• Collaboration and professionalism, including working effectively with store teams, following company policies, and reliably meeting schedule and performance expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with a wide range of customers.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment and standing for extended periods.
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred but not required; product and brand training will be provided.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by store needs.
