Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative at Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH to deliver a world-class guest experience and drive store performance.

You will welcome guests, understand their needs, recommend merchandise, maintain visual standards, and process transactions using the POS system. Availability nights and weekends is required; must be 18+ and ready to represent the brand in a charitable, fashion-forward environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine their needs, assist with finding the right merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained to create a beautiful shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines, including safety protocols.
• Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to business needs.
