Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in Berkeley is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in community settings.

You will join a supportive team, receive training, and have opportunities for growth. This part-time role requires reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Safely perform duties in a retail environment.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also collaborate effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.
• Engage with customers in-store and at events to promote products and experiences.
• Maintain safety-first mindset in a retail environment while performing duties.
• Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment as required.
