Vermeer seeks a Brand Experience Specialist II in Piedmont, SC to translate business goals into creative visuals that protect and elevate the Vermeer brand.

You will lead end-to-end video projects for marketing, training, and corporate communications, from concept through post. The role requires 4+ years in videography, strong video editing, After Effects skills, and drone operation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, broadcasting, video production, or marketing.
• Minimum of four years' experience in videography, photography and AV event support.
• Candidates must submit a reel of work.
• Experience with digital cinema cameras and lenses; video editing and motion graphics templates.

In this role you will produce high quality, creative videos to protect and maintain the visual brand and image of Vermeer. We’re looking for visual storytellers to produce and manage projects from start to finish. This role helps accomplish the communication and promotions goals for marketing, training, and corporate efforts.### **What You’ll Do**1. Exhibit the Vermeer characteristics of caring culture, demonstrating agility, customer focused and stewardship while modeling the associated behaviors.2. Produce video content by performing tasks of the video production process ranging from scriptwriting, camera operation, lighting, and video editing post-production work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects in scope and on deadline.3. Be a creative resource to help project requestors identify and apply strategies to create and deliver new and innovative creative content. Apply strategic, creative solutions that support company goals from project requests. Provide insight and expertise based on key metrics and analytics.4. Support marketing initiatives and events. Apply the planning and execution of creative content and shows. Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to drive and deliver an impactful creative experience.5. Applying the competencies of partnerships and relationships, product market intelligence, creative strategy, and market impact.**What We’re Looking For**-Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, broadcasting, video production, or marketing, with a minimum of four years' experience in videography, photography and audio-visual event support, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Candidates must submit a reel of work to be considered. - Highly skilled and experienced in capturing video using digital cinema cameras and lenses. - Highly skilled and experienced in video editing and motion graphic templates.- Moderately skilled and experienced in video animation using Adobe After Effects software. - Ability to operate Apple products to complete work. - Ability to track and manage projects using project management software. - Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint. - Ability to operate drones and obtain an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate.Travel - Occasional travel is expected of this position.### **Work Location**HYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus.
