Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Standing and walking for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine their needs, assist with finding the right merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and upsell/cross-sell to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and stock counts.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and maintain a clean store.
• Report to work as scheduled and be flexible to the business needs.
