CDS (Club Demonstration Services), part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring in Chico, CA to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling in the places people shop.

No prior experience required; training and team support are provided. Candidates must be 18+, available 2–3 shifts per week (weekends included), able to lift 50 lbs, stand up to 6 hours, and deliver friendly, hands-on service with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Safely perform duties in a retail environment.
