Job summary

FF Inc in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Brand Experience Associate to lead live events, pop-ups, and community activations. You will help plan and execute activations, engage guests, support brand ambassadors, and ensure each event reflects our energy and values.

If you're energetic, outgoing, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you. Entry-level candidates (0–2 years) are welcome to apply, with evenings and weekends required and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years in brand marketing, event management, promotions, or customer engagement.
• Outgoing, personable, and confident speaking with diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and community events from start to finish.
• Oversee event set-up, signage, and logistics to ensure polished execution.
• Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and provide product/service information with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Gather customer feedback and event insights to help improve future activations.
• Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure events align with brand goals and campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas for new events and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Represent the company's brand voice and values in every interaction.
