You will meet personal sales goals, identify upsell opportunities, work with the team to maintain store standards, stay knowledgeable about products, and handle transactions

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience required.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to enhance guest experience.
• Familiar with merchandise features, benefits and pricing.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assess needs, assist with finding merchandise and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to increase sales.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and pricing understanding.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean and well-maintained; process transactions using the POS.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and stock counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges; report to work as scheduled with flexibility.
