Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative at our South Hills Village location in Pittsburgh to provide a world-class guest experience and drive store profitability. You will welcome guests, offer styling recommendations, and help them find the right merchandise while meeting personal sales targets.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain store standards, knowledge of products, and efficient POS transactions, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine needs, help find merchandise and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure shelves and displays are organized and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained to create a beautiful shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle returns per policy.
• Assist with receiving shipments, stock checks, and inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines and report to work as scheduled.
