A leading fashion retailer in Grand Prairie, TX, is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador. You'll connect with shoppers to enhance their experience, promote brand loyalty, and help guests find products they'll love. Ideal candidates are energetic, love interacting with people, and have prior retail experience. This role requires you to represent the brand positively while being flexible in various retail tasks. Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program.
• Flexibly work across different store zones as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Assist team members to accomplish tasks.
