Advantage Solutions is seeking team members in Houston to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in community retail spaces.

We offer a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, training provided, and opportunities for growth with internal promotions. You will work 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, with a supportive team and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
