Nonsense is seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant for an onsite role in Orlando to help build our brand and raise awareness across audiences. You will participate in cross-department efforts, learn brand storytelling, and support campaigns that drive sales with paid training provided.

You'll translate brand elements into go-to-market tactics, engage customers face-to-face, and help monitor performance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Training in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
• Fieldwork and high in-person interaction.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mind.
• Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers.
• Up-to-date with latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Degree in marketing or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Increase sales with strategic brand positioning and territory management.
• Shape and communicate vision and mission through public speaking and presentations.
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
• Establish performance specs, costs, price parameters and market applications.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Devise innovative growth strategies.
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
