Job summary

Mercor, a global contractor network for AI research talent, is seeking a Brand / creative direction / marketing collateral Evaluator. This remote contract role offers $80–$120 per hour and an opportunity to influence AI output quality across labs.

You will assess artifacts, identify errors in documents, spreadsheets, and decks, and provide structured feedback to improve model outputs, drawing on 5+ years of experience in branding and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Brand / creative direction / marketing collateral.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Position: Brand / creative direction / marketing collateral Evaluator

Compensation: $80–$120/hour
