Job summary

Monster Energy in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Brand Ambassador to drive national consumer engagement programs. You will travel to local Monster events, sample products, and merchandise displays to energize the crowd while building relationships with key accounts.

You will lead outreach, manage POS, and help with inventory, scheduling, and team recruitment. A clean driving record and ability to lift 40 lbs are required, with flexible shifts and 21+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May travel as required to events.
• Lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible and able to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
• Must be able to commute to the storage warehouse (21090).

Responsibilities

• Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling.
• Approach consumers to create energy and drive trials.
• Distribute POS materials to reinforce brand loyalty.
• Maintain program materials and assets for Monster Energy Company.
• Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedules.
• Maintain brand appearance and proper uniform usage.
• Ensure professional communication with consumers and team leads.
• Assist in inventory management of regional storage units.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of additional team members.
• Lead or support event planning, logistics and partnerships as needed.
• Merchandise MEC products in stores, including cold vaults and coolers.
• Conduct store checks to ensure MEC products are stocked and POS displays are correct.
