LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 1485-Shoppes @ Bellemeade in Shreveport, LA. You’ll be the brand ambassador, creating authentic connections, offering personalized styling, and keeping the sales floor well-organized to impress customers.

You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver seamless omnichannel service, share product knowledge, and uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer. Flexible availability, a hospitality mindset, and initiative are key.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
