Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a seamless, brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor. You’ll help customers discover looks, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to store success through friendly, knowledgeable service.

You’ll drive sales, support store operations, and share customer insights with management while staying current with fashion trends and team goals. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A passion for our brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
