WHBM in Livonia, MI is seeking a Sales Lead who will partner with store leadership to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities as needed.

You will coach teammates, maintain brand standards, and deliver welcoming, customer-centered experiences. The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the opportunity to contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, coaching, and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive environment.
