Qualifications

• 3–4 years in marketing, graphic design, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, digital media, or related field preferred.
• Experience designing digital marketing assets for websites and email.
• Proficient writing, editing, and troubleshooting HTML/CSS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create brand-aligned marketing materials across print, digital, social media, web, email, direct mail, and presentations.
• Develop campaign collateral including ads, flyers, brochures, inserts, letters, and banners.
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot emails, web content, templates, forms, and landing pages using HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to develop concepts, messaging, and content strategies.
• Assist with planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns using engagement metrics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Maintain brand standards and consistency across all materials.
• Coordinate with printers, agencies, vendors for production needs.
