The Brand Director, BuzzBallz at Sazerac Company leads the global expansion of our next billion-dollar brand. You will shape global strategy, set long-term volume goals, and drive brand contribution targets while building a high-performing team.
You will oversee brand plans, annual activation plans, and new business development, coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, BI, DCOE, Operations, Finance and Compliance to strengthen the Sazerac culture and deliver consistent growth across markets.

The Brand Director, BuzzBallz is responsible for the global expansion and growth of our next billion‑dollar brand. The role includes global strategy, long‑term volume goals, and achieving brand contribution targets. The director directs development of brand plans, annual activation plans, and new business development. Responsibilities also include BCSP management and driving cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, BI, DCOE, Operations, Finance & Compliance. The director retains & builds a team of top talent, enhancing the Sazerac culture.
Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. These benefits may vary depending on location and work type. The annual salary range for this role is $170,498.51–$255,747. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
