Southwest Transplant Alliance, INC. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to concept, design, and execute high-quality visual communications supporting the brand and organizational priorities across digital and print.

You will independently manage multiple creative projects, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and production-ready deliverables while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design required; 3–5 years of progressive design experience preferred.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required; Canva and MS Office skills.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into effective visual solutions for digital and print.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to translate objectives into visual solutions.
• Develops visual communications across digital and print platforms while maintaining STA brand standards.
• Coordinates with external vendors and production resources for proofs and final deliverables.
• Manages multiple projects independently, meeting timelines and budgets.
• Prepares production-ready files and maintains organized assets for reuse.
• Stays current on design trends, accessibility, and best practices.
