RadixArk in Palo Alto is seeking a designer to give our brand a distinct visual voice driven by illustration. We value taste and portfolio quality over tenure and will consider you for growth into product design or design engineering.

You will shape RadixArk’s visuals across sites, decks, conferences and community events, building scalable systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong, accessible portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing illustration and brand design work.
• Portfolio link required; applications without one will not be reviewed.
• Fluent in illustration and visual branding with demonstrable projects.
• Comfort using AI tools to generate images and Claude Code for prototyping.
• Bonus: experience building design systems or product design interest.

Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations defining RadixArk's visual identity.
• Build and steward a consistent brand system across all touchpoints.
• Use AI image tools to turn ideas into polished assets quickly.
• Prototype landing pages and UI with Claude Code, generating SVGs and tokens.
• Collaborate with product, GTM, BD, engineering and community teams.
• Produce steady visual content for blogs and social channels.
• Grow toward a product design or design engineer role.
