AZ Tuition Connection Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Marketing & Creative Services Specialist to manage brand presence, visual identity, digital content, and day-to-day marketing operations.

This role blends graphic design, branding, digital marketing, customer communication, and administrative coordination to keep our marketing systems running smoothly. The ideal candidate is creative and organized, capable of producing on-brand assets and coordinating multi-channel campaigns for events

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in graphic design, marketing, or creative services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and brand understanding.
• Excellent eye for color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the brand.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for print, digital, and social media.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across platforms.
• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, ads, and presentations.
• Develop brand color palettes, typography, and visual standards.
• Produce templates and reusable design systems for internal use.
• Prepare files for print vendors and manage production timelines.
• Manage website content and basic SEO.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Build email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences.
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
