SERHANT. ID Lab is seeking a designer to build the identity for new developments and present it to developers, selling branding from concept through print, environmental, and digital assets. The role blends luxury storytelling with tangible deliverables across multiple media.

The candidate will join a systemized, hybrid team, leveraging templated assets and AI tooling to move quickly while maintaining craft. Occasional travel to NYC sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years in brand identity and marketing, luxury category.
• Real estate marketing experience with a solid portfolio.
• Portfolio link showing complete identity systems.
• Direct client-facing experience presenting your own work.
• Print production fluency: prepress, stock, finishes, binding, large-format.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in the creative process.
• Willingness to travel to New development sites in NYC.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Figma for website design and developer handoff.
• Experience with Squarespace or Webflow.
• Knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms.

• Develop full brand identities for new development projects.
• Translate developer vision and architecture into a convincing buyer story.
• Present concepts directly to developers, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Design the full development collateral suite across print and digital.
• Create floor plan presentations and oversee contractor handoff.
• Build development websites in Figma and ensure brand fidelity.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and production.
• Maintain brand consistency across concurrent projects.
