Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio across print and digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Solid typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials across print, digital, social media, and environmental applications.
• Translate creative direction into production-ready deliverables.
• Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and channels.
• Prepare final artwork and production files for print and digital.
• Support event branding and experiential design for conferences and meetings.
