Job summary

Device Brand Studio, an in-house agency within Amazon Devices, seeks a Brand Designer to develop brand identity and creative assets for products, services, and campaigns. You’ll work within brand systems and partner with creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to translate concepts into polished, on-brand work across formats.

The role requires strong craft in typography and visual design, the ability to take direction, and comfort presenting work to peers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban).
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications, with high proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand-consistent design work across digital, retail, and packaging touchpoints, guided by established creative direction.
• Apply brand guidelines accurately and consistently across a range of formats and surfaces.
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to bring concepts to life.
• Iterate quickly on design work based on feedback from creative leads and stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize design files and assets for handoff to production and other teams.
• Contribute ideas and point of view in creative reviews, while executing to the direction set by leads.
• Manage time and priorities across multiple concurrent design requests.
