Job summary

HGA is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Design team in Boston during an exciting firmwide brand refresh. This role will help bring the new visual identity to life by creating and evolving branded templates across InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva, and Word.

You will translate brand standards into scalable templates, update existing collateral, and design proposals, brochures, infographics, and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a corporate or professional services setting.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign (master pages, styles, libraries, long-document templates) and PowerPoint (slide masters, layouts, themes).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, and Acrobat; experience with Canva and Excel is a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, production design, and visual hierarchy knowledge.
• Experience interpreting brand guidelines into scalable templates and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain branded templates in InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva.
• Translate brand standards into scalable templates, design systems, and reusable assets.
• Update and redesign existing marketing collateral to align with the new visual identity.
• Design proposals, presentations, brochures, project sheets, infographics, social media graphics, and other branded materials.
• Help drive rollout and adoption of the new brand across the firm.
