Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing range and willingness to experiment.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, illustration, and current design trends.
• Adaptable design sensibility for multiple brands and projects.
• Desire to learn, take risks, and develop new skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and the ability to present design rationale.

Responsibilities

• Develop branding and visual standards for campaigns across multiple clients.
• Create original designs aligned with project goals, direction, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and the creative team to explore concepts and iterate.
• Work with New Business to develop compelling presentation materials.
• Adapt design approach to different brands and audiences while maintaining craft.
• Prepare for creative reviews by outputting optimized files and materials.
• Present work clearly, articulating the thinking behind design decisions.
• Review final deliverables for layout, imagery, and typography accuracy.
• Manage time and priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
