Jobtailor is seeking a senior designer to develop brand and marketing assets across campaigns, launches, and digital content. You will partner with design, brand, product, and operations to translate concepts into polished visuals.

The role emphasizes a strong, on-brand visual language with a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and brand systems. You will contribute to packaging, dielines, and vendor-ready production files in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience across brand, marketing, or related creative work.
• Portfolio demonstrates typography, layout, color, and brand systems.
• Experience in an agency or brand environment with process, concept development, and execution.
• Strong on-brand understanding and ability to defend visual direction.
• Awareness of culture, beauty, design, fashion, and social-language visuals.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Comfort creating concepts, briefs, decks, and polished files.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand and marketing design assets across campaigns and content.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on concept development and execution.
• Create visual systems from research to final artwork and production files.
• Apply social and commercial lens to Instagram, creator content, and emails.
• Support art direction for campaigns and creator projects.
• Maintain brand language across packaging and touchpoints.
• Contribute to packaging and vendor handoffs and production details.
• Manage multiple timelines with attention to detail and quality.
