Job summary

Lovable is seeking a world-class brand designer who treats generative AI and custom tooling as core production methods for brand work. You will direct AI output at volume across Lovable’s brand and its creative output, working closely with a Brand Engineer to scale workflows.

You’ll define brand systems, templates, and guidelines that teams can execute independently, while maintaining a strong design sense and a willingness to navigate ambiguity as the role evolves.

Qualifications

• A portfolio of shipped brand assets.
• Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools, and guidelines.
• Strong design taste and ability to articulate why a design choice matters.
• Real fluency with AI generation tools for image/video production.
• Comfortable with ambiguity as this function is undefined and evolving.
• Technical range including prompt engineering, scripting, automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Lovable's visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Build and maintain the visual system for machine execution: style references, prompts, and libraries.
• Direct and review AI-generated output across campaigns, social, events, and partnerships.
• Work closely with a Brand Engineer to build scalable tooling and workflows.
• Be hands-on with brand needs—from LinkedIn carousels to event signage.
• Help set the bar for creative quality and taste at Lovable.
• Define guidelines and systems to ensure consistency as we scale in an AI-native production model.
