Job summary

Hallow seeks a driven brand designer to build and elevate our brand experiences, collaborating across marketing, content, sales, and product teams.

You’ll shape and extend the brand system, ensure consistency with creative experimentation, and help content launches come alive through thoughtful design. Flexible, remote, part-time hourly contract based in the U.S.

Qualifications

TLDR: We are looking for a driven brand designer to help build and elevate Hallow’s brand experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design Support: Flexible team player who jumps in wherever needed, supporting cross-functional needs with creative thinking and asset creation, navigating both ambiguity and feedback with a design-first sensibility.
• Evolve the Brand: Maintain and grow Hallow’s brand experience. Balance consistency with freshness while pushing creative boundaries.
• Community Launches: Work with our marketing, content, sales, and product teams to bring content launches to life through thoughtful design.

• Experienced: You have 2–4 years of experience designing brand systems and campaign visuals across platforms. You’re proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects. You have a portfolio that shows strong visual design and animation skills. Bonus: You have copywriting instincts and love shaping narrative and tone through visuals.
