Vast is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Brand & Design in Long Beach to lead and evolve the company’s brand standards. You will mentor a small design team, provide strategic direction, and contribute hands-on design work to meet high-quality standards.

The role combines leadership with active involvement in creative execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in brand, design, art direction, or a related creative discipline.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on craft across multiple channels.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high volume and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Vast's brand design standards.
• Manage a team of designers day-to-day and provide clear direction.
• Contribute hands-on design work when needed to speed outcomes.
