Job summary

Commure is seeking a Brand Design Lead to drive brand expression and product creative across campaigns, launches, and in-product experiences. You will define the visual identity and design systems, translate complex clinical topics into accessible design, and partner with cross-functional teams to shape brand decisions.

A hands-on senior designer with leadership potential, you’ll set the quality bar and elevate work at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand and visual design, owning end-to-end work.
• Portfolio showing brand identity, product design, and visual systems.
• Strong craft in typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Experience building design systems for consistency across products or brands.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows with concrete examples.
• Ability to lead as IC now and hire/grow a team as scope grows.
• Systems-thinking with attention to detail and empathy for patients/providers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative vision across brand and product campaigns and launches.
• Define visual identity and design systems to scale brand work.
• Translate complex clinical and product topics into simple, human design.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Exec teams on brand decisions.
• Set quality bar for craft and make strategic visual choices.
• Leverage AI tools for rapid concepting, prototyping and production.
