Job summary

fomo is seeking an experienced Brand Designer to own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments. You will elevate the visual identity, set creative direction, and ensure consistency across surfaces as we expand to mainstream retail audiences.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Product to ensure cohesive, high-quality creative; you will lead with storytelling, craft, and a strong sense of brand strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in brand, graphic, or marketing design (agency, consumer app, or culture-forward brand is a plus)
• Portfolio that shows strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional craft.
• Experience contributing to and extending a brand system, not only working inside one
• Comfortable art-directing contractors and presenting to senior stakeholders with clear rationale
• Motion and/or 3D are meaningful pluses
• Can translate business and product goals into distinctive creative
• Personal crypto / trading experience is a plus. The whole team trades and dogfoods the product

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments
• Elevate and evolve fomo’s visual identity: contribute to system decisions, set creative direction, and hold a high bar across every surface
• Lead storytelling and concept design for major moments, knowing how to evoke emotion and make finance feel human
• Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product high-quality creative shows up in everything we ship and promote
• Build and run production with motion and graphic contractors: collaborate on briefs, give actionable feedback, and uphold a high quality bar
• Raise the team’s standard for craft through the clarity and consistency of your own work
