Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of layout, typography, hierarchy, and motion.
• Some experience or interest in designing for web and mobile interfaces.
• Comfortable managing your time and juggling multiple projects at once.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• A collaborator who's curious about how design, product, and marketing actually work together.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for social, email, and advertising.
• Explore design directions for web and mobile experiences.
• Take direction from design leads and produce original content.
• Ideate on new concepts that can be used for email, social, and merch designs.
• Develop multiple creative solutions to a problem and present your thinking to the team.
