Job summary

Dow Jones invites a Brand Design Intern to join the Marketing team for the Summer 2027 internship in New York. This 10‑week program runs June 7 through August 13, 2027, with in‑office, full‑time hours.

You’ll work on meaningful brand projects alongside senior designers and mentors. You will help create new brand identities, support brand systems across digital, print and events, and gain hands‑on experience with Figma, typography, color palettes, and moodboards while learning in a fast paced

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Strong knowledge of digital design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and polished work.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Open to feedback and eager to learn.
UI/UX, animation or print knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Brand Design Intern, assist in creating new brand identities (logos, color palettes, typography) and brand guides.
Support senior designers on projects delivering full brand experiences (digital, print, events).
Contribute to design systems, templates, and scalable components in Figma.
Collaborate across teams to ensure design consistency across channels.
Conduct competitive research and translate insights into design strategy.
